Monday nights is our full-on competition night for experienced players. Developing players may be invited to play but warning - there's no mercy! Formal teams are set at the beginning of the season to ensure a well-balanced competition.

Sunday mornings are for everyone to improve their skills and game tactics. One session is for developing players. One session is for experienced players. We also welcome beginners every second Sunday morning. Check the calendar below for dates and times.

From 21 July 2024, Sunday afternoon sessions will be the only underwater hockey in the Greater Adelaide area. Starting at 4pm there will be 45 minutes dedicated to beginners and developing players. From 4.45pm until 6.30pm will be our weekly competition for experienced players.
